Service Operator
Simpleo provides a service to submit micro-entrepreneur registrations to INPI (Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle) on your behalf. Company details will be confirmed and updated here.
What Data We Collect
We collect personal information necessary to submit your micro-entrepreneur registration, including your name, date of birth, nationality, Social Security Number (SSN), address, email, phone number, identity documents, proof of address, and residence permits.
Why We Collect This Data
We collect and process your data to submit your micro-entrepreneur registration to INPI on your behalf as your authorized representative (mandataire).
Legal Basis
We process your data based on two legal grounds: your explicit consent through the mandate checkbox you sign during the registration process, and our legal obligation under French business registration law to submit accurate information to INPI.
Data Storage and Security
Your questionnaire data and documents are encrypted and stored in Supabase, hosted on EU servers. Payment data is processed by Stripe and is never stored by Simpleo. All sensitive information is protected with encryption both in transit and at rest.
Data Sharing
Your data is shared only with third parties necessary for service delivery: INPI (as required for your registration), Stripe (for payment processing), and Resend (for email delivery). No data is shared with other parties without your explicit consent.
Data Retention
Your questionnaire data and documents are retained for three years after your registration with INPI, as required by French law for mandataire records. After this period, your data is automatically deleted from our systems.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements), as well as request portability of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@simpleo.app.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies necessary for service functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies that would monitor your browsing behavior.
