Service Description

Simpleo is a service that submits micro-entrepreneur registrations to INPI (Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle) on your behalf. Simpleo acts as your mandataire (authorized representative) under French civil law (Articles 1984-2010).

Fee and Refund Policy

The service fee is €49, payable as a one-time charge. This fee is non-refundable once your registration has been submitted to INPI. However, if your submission fails before reaching INPI, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us is accurate and truthful. By authorizing Simpleo to submit your registration, you confirm that the data provided is complete and correct.

No Guarantee of INPI Approval

Simpleo submits your micro-entrepreneur registration to INPI on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee INPI approval or acceptance. The final decision rests entirely with INPI. We are not liable for INPI processing delays, requests for additional information, or rejection of your application.

Limitation of Liability

Simpleo is not liable for any delays in INPI processing, rejections of your application, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Simpleo will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
